Chrome - Click to launch an application and nothing happens

If you click on a HarborCloud-hosted application in Google Chrome and nothing happens, then it is possible that Chrome may be blocking the Citrix Receiver plug-in from running on our website. You can allow the plug-in to run by following the steps below:

1.) Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu and select Settings

2.) In the Search settings search bar, type in plugins

3.) In the search results, click the Content settings button

4.) Scroll down to the the Plug-ins section and click the Manage exceptions button

5.) Type in the following for the hostname pattern - https://citrix.ourhostedcloud.com - and mark the behavior as Allow

6.) Click the Done button on the open windows and attempt to re-launch your applications from the HarborCloud dashboard
