Current Password Policy

If you ever need to change your password -- either due to a password reset or because your current password has expired -- please make sure your new password meets the following criteria:

  • Contains at least 8 characters
  • Contains at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
  • Does not contain your username
  • Is not a password that you have used before

If you would like to change your password, simply click on the Settings button (the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the portal page after you log on) and then click on the Change Password button.
